Jakarta-based designer Anniesa Hasibuan took our breath away this NYFW! Inspired by the island of Lombok, the world’s leading producer of pearls, Anniesa’s “Pearl Asia” collection made use of soft palates—ranging from grays to pinks with some gold embroideries—to make three of our Blogger Babes feel like princesses!
Gina Doost of whatthedoost.com was fitted with a royal cape:
I had some fun with the collection too ♡ I wore their iconic gray dress’ cape –and felt like a PRINCESS that slays — because that’s next level girl power Beyoncé style ♡
Kandice of TheWarehaus.nyc was “enchanted” by the dresses, each of which takes three months to make:
Two words to describe the collection – think ‘regal enchantment.’ At first sight it’s easy to see regal. It was like walking into a room full of Southeast Asian royalty. And, these are the beautiful princesses, that we don’t normally see in Disney movies.
Ruthie Darling captured the essence of the collection with these gorgeous, detailed close-ups:

If you think a hijab means that you can’t be stylish, think again babies. These designs are drool-worthy. If you’re a fan of Disney this is your lucky day, darlings.
Anyone else in the mood for a ball?!
